wed, We just went out and as we did I found out I had a flat! Walked home and found out we didn't have a pump I couldn't find mine! So we walked around and had a good time just being in new surroundings!

Thurs, We weekly planned and there were two teaching records in the area book! One they baptized three weeks ago and the other President Matsumori told them to drop 2 weeks ago. So I get to be in an area where there are seriously no investigator's! It has been a cool new experience for me! Kinda frustrating cause I really don't like the missionary I replaced for multiple reasons but I guess that is prolly what people think of me...Anyways we were out walking cause we are getting a pump the next day and we g-q this guy who tells us to be careful round about 3 cause it is going to start to be really windy and rainy. Told him thanks...2:45...lets go check on one more person, on the way back we talked to one guy for 10 seconds and then looked up in the sky...there is this funnel. It was the weirdest cloud and it was moving really fast towards us. What do you do...take some pictures haha. The wind started to pick up and i said we should prolly head home haha. Not 15 seconds later it started to sprinkle. and the winds started to pick up some more...funnel still behind us stretched across the sky...Well then it is just like the windows of heaven opened and just started to rain like crazy! We started to run back we weren't too far from the apartment...Wind started to blow like crazy and we can hear it above our heads sounded like a train, it started to rain so bad that for 10 seconds i seriously could not see the ground and the wind was blowing  us from one end of the sidewalk to the other. Suddenly i look up at my comp and his backpack fly's open haha the wind blew it all open and his scriptures came out...i picked them up and just hurry haha. We made it back to the apartment and put all our clothes in the dryer. i have never been that soaked in my entire life! I had an inch of rain water in my shoes haha. It was one of the scariest moments of my life haha. It really brought me and my comp closer together tho so if you need to do something to get close to someone go run through a tornado!

Fri, We had Leadership meeting in the morning! Fav meetin on my mission by far! It was just awesome! E. Shoemig gave a really good workshop on working with members and Ap"s have a good one too but then we had a visit from Elder Hallstrom! It was soooo sweet! Spirit was super strong! He is definitely my fav G.A.! Gave us a good talk that when we go home we need to have a good attitude and we will get stuff from church no matter where you are at! And if we go less-active it is the saddest thing to see. Super exciting news too! For the Worldwide Leadership Meeting this Sunday our mission has been selected to represent the missions and our Zone Leader's are going to be apart of the broadcast so you can see some of my old comps! Title of it is Hastening the Work! Apparently word from Pres is that there is going to be something really cool happening could be a revamp of how to do missionary work again! But i think that is prolly supposed to be on the down low so don't tell anyone haha. Got to shake E. Hallstroms hand
! He didn't know where Wayan was haha. We then came back to the area and had fun g-qin!

Sat, I ran over a nail today! I have gotten a flat every day, yesterday i had to patch my tube and then put that tube on my front tire and then i ran over a freakin nail! No luck for me so more money spend...kinda like the car troubles dad haha, Finally got that fixed and then went talking to people and picked up a lot of appointments for next week!

Sun, Church was swell Ward is like super super happy this missionary is gone it is just sad haha. WML told me straight up that he is glad i am here in a way that is not to meet me but to have someone new here. Member's here are apparently really well off or in college so it is fun! Went Talking to people for a while again and then went to dinner at the Irvine's! Super good food and just awesome people. One got back from a mission like 2 weeks ago and it was just cool to talk. Knows where we are at and it was funny cause this was the first iteration with the ward and they are happy the missionary i am replacing is gone. We ended up talking with them forever and were there for 3 hours total i think. We were mainly talking about missionary work tho and some activities we are going to do with the Ward. Bro Irvine and i had a good hour discussion together about everything church haha. Super fun!

Mon, District meeting went well i thought, Gave a workshop hopefully it was good. Everyone said it was, it is different to be on this side of district meetings. Fun tho. I like it but it is going to cause me to have to worry about it for a while. Gotta get the next one planned tomorrow. We then had some appointments dog...including a dinner appointment. Member's dogged us haha. I think they just spaced their oldest son told us they just left for the beach house an hour ago haha. Must be nice...we had another member that we had moved to go to this dinner and we called her and she was wondering where we were haha. We should prolly do better at talking to people i guess haha. Sis Lulu is awesome tho! Super fun member! Really nice... We then visited a part member in the other elder's area it was a good meeting! Husband came in and we read about Ammon! He was making fun of me cause i was super tired which made us have a good connection so it was super fun! He is a nice guy, parently he comes to church so maybe that will turn into something...i don't remember his last name tho too hard haha. Then they brought us home!

Tues, We had a meeting with Ishagani! he is from Polynesian Islands don't know if i spelled it right! Kind of a language barrier but he said at the end he is excited to be trying out a new religion haha! Hopefully we will meet with him later this week! He is in his 50's or 60's! Nice man who gave us some snacks and drinks! We then met with Amanda our recent convert and read 3 Nephi 11! it was super good! Spirit was strong! Hopefully she will start to read on her own! It was a good meeting tho except she didn't like my tie! :( We then had a good dinner with the Highums Family! Their son just got home two weeks ago from Pocatello Idaho mission! haha Just missed covering us! The re-doing of the boundaries there will hopefully put missionary's in Soda permanent eh? Would have been good for me to go out with them. We then had correlation and played some basketball with the ward! Super fun!

Wed, we went to the Holocast Museum! It is my fav one haha call me sick minded but it is the only one that has really grabbed my attention! Fun to meet back up with E. Loveless only been a week but it feels like a long time! My new comp is good but not like him. He is kinda a chuck haha. Trying to get that out of him will see how is goes will try to write Colton today! Hopefully i am terrible! Thanks for all you do and i hope you all get to see the big meeting on Sunday! Talk to ya next week!

What a week! We ended up giving a book of mormon to Eric finally tonight!

Thurs, We went to Zone Training and it was super good! Pres and Sis Matsumori went to them all and gave their final training for us kinda, It was super good and it is going to be really hard to see them leave! I hope that the new mission pres is as cool as he is! We then went to Family History with the Knight's and it was good! Had a good meeting about it. Kinda redundant sometimes but i am still learning can't wait to do it when i get home! Afterwards we went to an appointment with super sweet old lady! Mrs. Speed! She is 79 or 69 or somewhere in between! She loved the first lesson and it clicked with her. She is super strong in her other church so i dunno if she will join or not but we shall see! WE then did service for the Hunt family! Didn't really have time for a lesson but we did her dishes and i attempted to clean her fan haha! Good day!

Fri, So we had a meeting with Bob today! Super old guy but he is sweet! Just talked about the Restoration and Book of Mormon! he followed along really good. He is in his 70's i think! He understood really well and said he would come to church! We then got in a lesson with a 19 year old girl names Amara haha reminded me of home...and her aunt! She was asking ?'s like crazy and it was super good. Super smart girl maybe has too much anti for her to join tho. But i guess you can't overlook how HF is working with them.

Sat, We met with We had a lesson with Paul today...he sits us down pulls out his tablet and pulls up a conference talk from 1973 April by Harold B. Lee! Super good talk! We watched it and then listened to Paul talk about it and how it helped him out and then we talked about baptism and he sounds like he is trying to get himself ready...he is a long ways away and alot of stuff to overcome but just a solid guy! He then told us about how he is trying to shut off the technology so he can be a better father and what he is trying to teach his kids. We were there for 2 hours just listening basically it was soo cool! good experience for me super random tho 1973? he said it was the year he was born haha. Has a goal to listen to them all! We then went to the Visitor's Center with Kyada and her family! Jenny Oaks Baker haha be jealous cause it was sweet! Disney Concert and i am all pumped to watch disney movies when i get home haha! We showed them around the v.c., watched the family video and "only a stonecutter" Very nice!

Sun, Church was great! We had Bob come! Went to High Priest Group! I think i will always go to those when i get the chance cause they are the best lessons you can get at church! Everyone is relaxed and you just all help teach the lesson with your comments and experiences and everyone is involved! E.Q. is too uptight sometimes haha. I am really going to miss this ward!  We has a lesson with James and then with Patrick we had the member Paul Taylor with us! Taught about the Book of Mormon in both and they are both excited about it! Patrick still wants to go to College Park so it will be fun to try to persuade him! James is another thug who is looking to change his life i think.

Mon, District meeting is always good! All shared testimony's and it was super fun! We then had a lesson with Bob and he told us everything that happened in the first 4 chapter's of the book of mormon. He liked how they went back to the plates for their genealogy cause you have to know where you came from to know where your going! It was super cool! Really alot of retention in his reading! We then helped Bro Lakomyj break out his wall! It was fun and i will miss him alot! Super cool guy! We then went to eat with the Stromsdorfer's! Best family ever! Hopefully they will get an e-mail too ya but i told them .net instead of .com but i will tell my old comp to let them know! You shall get a pic and dad will have to read it cause it will be in the Colombian Spanish! We went to Bro Chheng tonight too! He is one of my favorite member's! I will miss him alot he is super cool! I hope we can stay in contact somehow when i get home!

Tues, We went to eat at Ihop with E. Kuddes and Farley! Love these guy's alot and was one of my best districts so i bought haha! Went to Family History one last time and it was swell! We then went with Anthony our new priest to his friend Frank! He bombarded us with good ?'s and it was a test to see if he would like it cause he told Anthony that he wasn't going to do it again if he didn't like us so i guess we passed cause we have another meeting! Good lesson tho! We finally saw Adama and i got to say goodbye! then went to Paul's to say goodbye and it was really good. Paul and James know each other and they read the first 4 chapter's of the Book of Mormon together haha! It is the best! I really liked New Carolton!

Wed, Transfer meeting was really hard! Choked up alot on our closing song. Video'ed it so will try to send it home next week. Then we hugged them and first time that Sis Matsumori hugged us to that was nice haha. It is going to be really hard to see them leave. I am with E. Parlogean! Derwood South back in Seneca Zone! Twill be a fun experience on a bike during the heat of summer! Hopefully i won't complain too much! Going to be sexy by the time i get done with the bike!

Why it's me again!
Wed, we got dogged and did our plans super fast so we went to this one place close to home and tracted one door! It was a J.W.! haha but he accepted a book of mormon and set up a time for next Wed so wish us luck in the Bible Bash haha jk, That is the first J.W. i have had accept something from us!

Thurs, We had fun Doing Family History! I hope i get into it when i get home, you will have to ask me and hopefully i can really get it going and do some things, at least i want to index! We ended up having a really good night! A member, Bro and Sis Thoerig took us to a part member family's house of Kyada Hunt! She is a convert of a year and it was just a bomb lesson. Kyada just graduated and is going to BYU_I , we got on facebook and she looked up Jade and Jenna cause i heard a rumor that they were going there and was wondering if they could be friends haha. She is kinda going in blind so she would feel alot more comfortable to maybe know someone's name when she gets there. Maybe she could get help haha. We ended up having a bomb lesson with them on little things to come unto Christ! Spirit was super strong and we are going to start teaching her mom! She wants to learn cause her daughter is strong in the gospel! We set up a time to come back tomorrow and also going to the V.C. on Saturday to watch who??? Jenny Oaks is at it again with a Disney concert!!!! YIPPEE!!! be jealous...after the lesson we went to try to contact our referrals in her complex and i talked to this guy riding a harley, was asking him some ?'s about it and he invited us to come in for a half hour! Ended up staying hour and 15 haha. Super sweet lesson with him, he loved it!! He then told us an experience he had with the Spirit! He said he had this dream when his father died. He could have been there for it but he ended up going to his work before to pick up his cell phone. Then got the call from the doctor saying that he had passed. He was mad at God a little bit for telling him to go get his cell phone when he could have been with his father in his last moments here. He then had a vision on what could have happened! It wasn't very good. He knew that God was taking care of him and now he can't ? that! He also told us that he thinks that God is going to lead him to even better things and told us that this might be one of them. We then bore testimony and left! Super good lesson with him! Awesome night!

Fri, Went on Exchange with E. Farley! Had a super duper good time! Love this kid! Talked a bunch in the morning and just got to know him super good. This kid is stacked as well! Taught me how to get in shape and look like him so i guess we will see if i can do it when i come home. We had a lesson with a member on family history and then took him to an appointment with Ingrid an investigator who just doesn't want to open up and will prolly have to be dropped soon but it was a good lesson. We then went to see Terry! This guy is the most prepared person i have ever met in my entire life! It is crazy how prepared he is! We taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ, asked him what repentance means...he said, it means to change, like have a different output on things....that is right haha, asked him what it meant to be baptized...he said, like make a promise with God to live good, and to like start a new life, you get forgiveness. I think we were about to fill up his bathtub and git r done haha. We then went to dinner with Thomas! he is an electrician but his quitting his job to serve a mission before he turns 26! Super cool! Took us to Five Guy's haha i inhale their burgers there! We then got dogged for an appointment up by campus so walked around campus and try'ed to talk to all the pretty ladies there who don't wear any clothes haha. See through shirts are like the new thing out here haha.

Sat, We did service like crazy! Moved Bro Curtis, Painted at the Heath's (my favorite!!!) then went to an appointment with Ms. Bramwell! She is super busy and wants to learn but is going on a 6 week vacation to Jamaica haha. Soooo see her later but i was really glad i was able to teach her! There was alot of great lessons but she dogged us for church again...
We then went to do more service for Sis Opara! Worked hard today physically it felt sooo nice!

Sun, didn't get to take the sacrament cause we were running to get a member who didn't have a ride, me and elder knight. I can definitely feel different when i don't take it. I dunno how you do it Dad? We then had a lesson with James a new investigator. We had Paul Taylor with us good first lesson, during it (was outside) our Investigator Paul Taylor came and met a black member who had his name. Super funny he was bewildered! haha We then visited with a older member Bro Maxwell Ibe who hasn't been coming to church...pretty serious cause he is a Temple worker! Cleans the temple every night! Solid Testimony but he needs to come to church!

Mon, Weekly Planned cause we weren't able to do it last week haha oops. We had a lesson with the Booker's today and it was very good. Committed them to set goals and get going. They came to church so that was good! We then had a lesson with a member Bro Nnachi! He is sweet! Love African's who give us fruit! He has a super good testimony and just loves the gospel! Had a good chat with him!

Tues, We went on exchanges with the Zl's. Elder Hansen came with me! He has been my Zl for 5 transfers so we had to do an exchange! It was a super duper productive day! We brought a member out with us in the morning and taught a super good lesson to a tract! Eric and Comfort are from Liberia and just loved the Restoration lesson! Super prepared! We tried to put them on date but the date we through at them their daughter is getting married so next lesson we will get it figured out! Spirit was super strong tho! We also went to correlation then the Booth activity where they had it we listened to country music while g-qing haha Best Spot EVER!!! haha miss listening to country music love songs. I was wearing my tie that my good friend Elder Roma made for me which is a flower he drew! Got this pretty black girl to stop because of it and i am sure my beautiful face and then took her to the booth and that was pretty much my only success!  Good person for the Single Elder's to teach! We then skipped dinner to go and see Abson and shared the Ensign with him and his roommate and then they fed us! Sweet! Super good spicy fish african food! Loved it! We then scurry'ed off to the cottage meeting where we taught a lesson on Sacrament and it was super powerful! Awesome feeling and i think it is going to help me the next time i take it! Watch the Bible video on it. Super good! We had Kyada and her mom there! It was sweet! We then found out our companions taught a lesson for us and picked up a sweet new investigator so our #'s were just legit today! This has been one of the best weeks on my mission!

Wed, Capped it off with the Temple! Last time to see Pres and Sis Matsumori there! Super sad but i guess it will be okay! We then balled it up and nobody can stop me haha. Super fun to play basketball with everyone! Going to miss Elder Gleed tho! He is the best to be on a team with! He goes home next week! Freak! wished we could have served around each other a little more but i think we might will hook up for college for a fun time maybe. Utah State twill be fun!
